Meet the founders of Fountainhead.
He is the production maestro of our agency, giving creativity the practical edge in every project. With a wealth of design and publishing experience under his belt, he has worked with renowned names like Thompson Press. He also has a penchant for treating the staff with delicious delicacies from time to time.
The managing director of Fountainhead, Neena is the powerhouse and the pulsating vein of the company. She leads the office in business development and client relationship. Being an excellent writer and editor, her ability to catch mistakes in copy and content rivals the best sleuths of language. A constant motivating factor for the team, she doesn’t mind popping up a random Shakespearean quiz or a fleeting reference to Douglas Adams in the morning huddle, just to throw you off balance.
With a background in the Merchant Navy, the Indian army, and the advertising world, Shailesh is the second pillar of the agency. He essentially overlooks the finance and admin sections of Fountainhead. While he handles Excel sheets and dives into budgeting nitty-gritty, he also takes on the role of an old wise wizard, guiding the team and providing multiple perspectives on designing issues in the studio.
