Neena Thomas
The managing director of Fountainhead, Neena is the powerhouse and the pulsating vein of the company. She leads the office in business development and client relationship. Being an excellent writer and editor, she is an immense support for the content team. A constant motivating factor for the team, she doesn’t mind popping up a random Shakespearean quiz or a fleeting reference to Douglas Adams in the morning huddle, just to throw you off balance.
Shailesh Singh
With a background of Merchant Navy, Indian army and the advertising world, Shailesh is the second pillar of the agency. He essentially overlooks the finance and admin sections of Fountainhead. Amidst his excel sheets and budgeting nitty-gritty, he also provides multiple perspective on designing issues in the studio. And given his command over the languages, the content team often feels compelled to reach out to him for those translation related queries – from English to Hindi, and vice versa.
Mukesh Rana
Mukesh handles the events and production section of Fountainhead. Hailing from the hills, he comes with a considerable design and publishing experience with eminent names such as Thompson Press. Amid managing events and conferences, and chasing printing and production jobs, he also finds time to help out the studio on complex design issues, as a third umpire.
